It’s no surprise that many in the U.S. are feeling uncertain about the path to net zero. With shifting economic conditions and political headwinds, progress can feel stalled. But in my experience — especially from time spent in Europe and Asia — once momentum toward decarbonization begins, it’s hard to stop. The reason is simple: the return on investment becomes undeniable. Businesses begin to see real savings and resilience.

The alternative is a future defined by rising costs from climate-driven disruptions.

That’s why GNFZ is firmly committed to accelerating net zero globally and in the US. Despite short-term uncertainty, the long-term trajectory is clear. The companies that lead on decarbonization today will be the ones shaping the future of business tomorrow.

On August 28, we’re bringing together industry experts from across the US to further discuss the state of the market, share insights on challenges and emerging opportunities, and highlight strategies that are delivering real progress on the path to net zero.

Listen in to multiple panels where leaders like Marshall Gobuty (Pearl Homes), Kjell Anderson (LMN), Kristy Walson (BranchPattern), Marcus Hazelwood (EA Energy Solutions), Dr. Christine Bruckner (M Moser Associates), Umesh Atre (Parkhill), Heidi Creighton (City of Santa Monica), and more will share what’s working, what’s not, and what it will take to truly scale climate action in the built environment.

This event is virtual, live, and free – but please register now to claim your spot. I look forward to hearing from these diverse perspectives and their practical ideas to accelerate the transition to net zero buildings across the US.
