Neha Koul Razdan is a sustainability and built environment leader advancing credible, verified pathways to net zero outcomes especially in the waste, materials, and healthy building performance sectors. With over a decade of experience across Canada, the Middle East, and India, she is recognized for bridging technical rigor with real-world implementation, helping organizations move from ambition to measurable results.
As Associate Vice President of Technical Development at the Global Network for Zero, Neha helps shape the technical infrastructure that enables consistent, verifiable progress on net zero and related sustainability goals. Her work focuses on aligning standards, data, and operational practices so outcomes are replicable across portfolios and geographies.
Previously, Neha contributed to technical development at USGBC and GBCI, where she handled the Materials & Waste and IEQ domains by supporting updates to LEED v4.1, contributing to the development of the Better Materials platform, and strengthening the TRUE Zero Waste rating system. She also conducted building performance audits and research linking IEQ to occupant health and productivity in offices.
Earlier in consulting roles, she supported diverse certification implementations for clients including NEOM, KAFD, and HSBC, across the LEED, WELL, BOMA BEST, PARKSMART, and MOSTADAM rating systems. A LEED AP, WELL AP, and TRUE Advisor, Neha is known for making complex sustainability topics clear, actionable, and easier to adopt and for her creative sustainability storytelling. Neha is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
