GNFZ Advisor Dr. Daniele Guglielmino is the CEO and co-founder of GET Consulting, an Italy-based boutique advisory firm guiding real estate and urban regeneration leaders through strategic transformation with a focus on innovation, environmental sustainability, and social impact. He is driven by the belief that the future of cities and businesses lies in generating shared value and embracing regenerative models beyond compliance.
Since 2019, Daniele has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute and, since 2020, a contributor to the European Sustainability Product Council, where he advances dialogue on ESG metrics, decarbonization, and rethinking the built environment. He also serves as Deputy Vice President of the Italian Academy of Biophilia, promoting the integration of health, wellbeing, and nature into the places people live and work.
In addition, Daniele is the delegate of the Italian Society of Environmental Medicine (SIMA) for the Built Environment and regional coordinator for Piedmont, connecting scientific research with applied design practices. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of ReBuild, Italy’s leading platform for sustainable innovation in construction and real estate.
He holds multiple internationally recognized accreditations, including LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP O+M, WELL and BREEAM Accredited Professional, BREEAM International Assessor for New Construction, LEED and WELL Faculty, WELL Performance Testing Agent, and Access4you Accredited Professional. His career spans technical expertise across Europe and the Middle East as well as education and advocacy, fostering sustainability as a driver of competitiveness and resilience.
