Dr. Ahmad Afaneh is an accomplished and recognized expert in PMO, AI, GIS and Digital Transformation, as well as Saudi Arabia vision 2030 strategy, with over 15 years of experience across Saudi Arabia, UAE, France, and Jordan.

He currently serves in senior executive leadership roles at Nurve Partners (Riyadh) and Deep Solve (Dubai) where he collectively leads the design and execution of AI-driven strategies to achieve best in class solutions for real world applications of strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration and expert guidance for urban planning professionals.

Dr. Afaneh also served as an Assistant Professor in multiple subject areas at Middle East University including sustainability, green building and smart cities and served as Chair of the Department of Architecture Engineering and Vice Dean of the Architecture and Design Faculty.

Dr. Afaneh received his PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Lille in France and his master’s degree in urban planning from Polytech Tours.

In his role as an Advisor to the Global Network for Zero, Dr. Afaneh advises on PMO and AI strategies to advance net zero buildings and operational excellence, furthering the global movement toward a carbon-free built environment.
